I am a French lawyer, originally from Lyon, living in Amsterdam since the beginning of 2015. After finishing French law, with a major in Judicial and Procedure Law, I completed a two year training at “L’ Ecole Nationale de Procédure” (National school of Procedure) in France. Also, I have passed the National Bailiff Exam.

Although I was destined to become a Bailiff in France, I came to the Netherlands with my husband and decided to utilise my skills and my experience at Bierens Debt Recovery Lawyers.

Due to my experience, I know the French system very well. Not only in terms of the procedures and the practitioners (such as lawyers, judges and bailiffs), but I know the mentality of French debtors and the best way to force them to comply with their obligations to the creditor.

I fully agree with the Bierens philosophy of achieving Justice for the Creditor. For this goal, I handle all cases as if the money were mine. I enjoy studying a case and finding the best solution for the creditor. Working at Bierens means working in a field that I know and like whilst adding an international element to my work, which I really enjoy.

I speak French, English, a little bit of Spanish, and I’m learning Dutch. In my free time, I enjoy reading, travelling and skiing. I suppose I will be missing the mountains here in the Netherlands.

Should you want any further information on French law, please do not hesitate to contact me. I will be pleased to help you and look forward to a successful working relationship in the future.
