We want to be a healthy enterprise to our staff, our clients and to society. So our CSR policy contains four benchmarks:
From self-made scribbling pads to digital files
Lawyers have a strong preference for working with paper files. So many law firms are filled with large filing cabinets full of paper files. But not Bierens. Working digitally has been the norm for years here. Clients are brought up to date through our online web portal on the status of their case. This is how we fight against paper waste. But even in the day of the typewriter we avoided wasting paper. In those days, the back of typed pages were re-used to scribble notes and to take down the minutes. Writing pads were never purchased. This is how we have been conscientious about our use of paper since 1952. Because corporate social responsibility is an enduring concept.

Our management system is fully focused on safeguarding your personal and company data. We undergo annual audits for this ISO certification to ensure the highest level of data security.
ISO 9001 – Quality matters
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Every customer can count on the high quality of our service. That is why we follow ISO 9001, an international standard for quality management. The standard sets out requirements for securing and improving processes that contribute to higher customer satisfaction. With this certification, we show that we not only comply with customer requirements, but also with the latest laws and regulations.
