During the judicial phase we work on an hourly fee or fixed price. Extrajudicial phase:


Scenario 1:

Debtor pays at the principal amount or less: Bierens fee
Payment collected up  to $25,000 20%
Payment collected between $25,000-$50,000 17.5%
Payment collected between $50,000-$100,000 15%
Payment collected greater than $100,000 12.5%


Scenario 2:

Debtor pays interests and costs on top of principal payment: Bierens fee on principal payment
Payment collected up to $25,000 17.5%
Payment collected between $25,000-$50,000 15%
Payment collected between $50,000-$100,000 12.5%
Payment collected greater than $100,000 10%
Interest and costs collected stays with Bierens. Example: Principal collected by Bierens is $100,000 with 10% interest and costs. Bierens fee including interest and costs is $20,000

Scenario 3:

Debtor pays $0 No fee
Disputed & Litigation Phase: Hourly fee, or a fixed price
