Contingency-based
At Bierens Collection Attorneys we handle all out-of-court cases on a contingency fee basis. Our commitment is that if we fail to recover the funds, we won’t charge any fees. The fee structure is tied to successful recovery, meaning our fees are directly proportional to the amount we retrieve for our clients. We aim to recover the principal amount including interest and costs from your debtor.

Our specialists and attorneys always do their utmost to ensure to collect your claim as fast and efficiently as possible. We always make sure to give you honest and practical advice that will deliver you the best results.

| Payment collected between $25,000 – $49,999 | 17.5% |
| Payment collected between $50,000 – $99,999 | 15% |
| Payment collected greater than $100,000 | 12.5% |
Contingency is only applicable for undisputed claims.
Fixed or hourly fees for judicial debt collection
Whether you have a debt collection case in the USA, Europe or globally, the contingency applies to only undisputed cases. But if the debtor refuses to pay in the extrajudicial phase, you can proceed with legal action. In that case, we will discuss a fixed fee, or an hourly fee with you in advance.
