Happy New Year from Bierens
New Year. It’s a wonderful time of year when we can stop for a moment to reflect, look back at what we’ve achieved and be grateful for what 2018 brought us.
Too often we are more concerned with what are we going to do tomorrow, next month or year, our calendars are full of meetings and notebooks are full of plans. We forget to enjoy the moment and be grateful for all that we have. We wanted to make sure we didn’t forget. So, we sat, reflected and came up with a long list of everything we are grateful for. But our top 3 simply had to be:
1. Great Team
Our employees are the most valuable asset in our company. They are all connected by the same vision, passion for growth, and purpose to help our clients with debt recovery. Every single person is a part of the firm’s success and each one is as important as the other. We are especially grateful for our expanding office which brings more and more talented people to our team. We are so thankful to have open-minded, intelligent people who always want to go the extra mile for our clients.
2. Awesome Community
The gift of giving outweighs the joy of receiving. And there is no better time to give something back to the community. For us, giving back to our community gives a warm, pleasant feeling of satisfaction and connectedness. We are committed to making the world a better place, any way we can. This year, we are grateful for the chance to be part of the charities such as: Food bank (Voedselbank), Toy Bank (Speelgoedbank), as well as volunteering at events such as: “Bike to work day”, “Eat with your heart (Eet met je hart)” and “Bierens Doet”- arranging shows in retirement homes in the Meijerijstad. We also invited three refugee families to celebrate Christmas with us. Our participation in these events is important to us and we understand that little things can make a difference to our community’s strength and unity.
3. Wonderful Clients
Last but certainly not least, we want to say a big thank you to our clients, who trust us to fight for them again and again. They give us a reason to be better, improve, grow and evolve as a corporation. Wishing, to give the best service to our clients and partners we are aware of local legislation, regulations, new trends, commercial traditions and cultures in many European countries. In this time of gratitude, we want to say thank you, for your confidence and trust in us. Having you as our client is something for which we are especially grateful.
