As our Customer Service Representative, Twan actively approaches our clients to ask for their opinion about our services. He subsequently documents these opinions and reports them back to the board as feedback. Twan’s other activities include managing customer reviews on platforms such as Kiyoh and Google Reviews, handling and keeping track of any potential complaints and managing our Customer Service inbox. Having spent several years in the field of customer care, Twan still greatly enjoys talking to clients about all kinds of cases. Thanks in part to his personal interest in law and prior experience reading legal texts, he likes to study the relevant case files before calling to ensure that the conversation will be meaningful. As someone who isn’t a case handler or lawyer, Twan is able to talk to our clients about their cases in a personal and more independent way.
